Thank you for shopping with Eat Play St. Pete! Because our products are made-to-order through our partners, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review sizing guides carefully before purchasing.

We do accept replacements for:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Incorrect items received (wrong size, color, or design)

To request a replacement: Contact us at hello@eatplaystpete.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable items:

• Items without proof of damage or defect
• Items reported after 14 days of delivery
